First month

Great, I’m pregnant!
I know that because my period is late and I can feel certain changes in mybody (tender breast, tender lower abdomen, sleepiness, and distaste for certain foods or smells, nausea, constipation…), or I did a pregnancy test and it was positive.
When will my baby be born?
My gynaecologist will count in (GA) gestational weeks (gestational age is calculated from the first day of my last period). If my cycles are 28 days (ovulation on the 14th day of the cycle), my due date will be according to him 41GA , that is to say 39 weeks of pregnancy (around 9 months of pregnancy). Anyway he will explain all this to me during the consultation. Besides, I must make, right now, my booking appointment at around 8 GA that is to say 6 weeks or 1 ½ months pregnant.
